1. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك منصة ألوميدو (Alomido) للتجارة الإلكترونية، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. وفي حال عدم موافقتك على أي جزء منها، يرجى الامتناع عن استخدام المنصة.

2. طبيعة الخدمة

1. ألوميدو منصة إلكترونية تربط بين البائعين والمشترين.
2. ألوميدو لا تُعد طرفًا مباشرًا في عمليات البيع والشراء، بل تعمل كوسيط تقني يتيح التواصل بين الطرفين.

3. تسجيل الحساب

1. يتوجب على المستخدمين تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند التسجيل.
2. يلتزم البائعون بتقديم بيانات قانونية صحيحة (مثل السجل التجاري أو التراخيص إن وُجدت).
3. المستخدم مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول إلى حسابه.

4. التزامات البائعين

1. توفير منتجات مطابقة للوصف والصورة والقوانين السورية.
2. الالتزام بعدم بيع منتجات محظورة قانونًا (مثل المخدرات، الأسلحة، المواد الإباحية، أو أي سلع مخالفة للتشريعات السورية).
3. ضمان جودة المنتجات والتعامل بشفافية مع العملاء.

5. التزامات المشترين

1. الالتزام باستخدام المنصة لأغراض قانونية فقط.
2. دفع قيمة المنتجات والخدمات بشكل صحيح من خلال وسائل الدفع المعتمدة.
3. الامتناع عن محاولة الاحتيال أو إساءة استخدام المنصة.

6. سياسة الدفع والتوصيل

1. الدفع يتم عبر وسائل دفع محددة توفرها ألوميدو.
2. التوصيل يتم عبر شركات معتمدة أو عن طريق البائعين مباشرة.
3. ألوميدو غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير أو خطأ في خدمات التوصيل المقدمة من طرف ثالث.

7. سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

1. تخضع عمليات الإرجاع والاسترداد لسياسة كل بائع على حدة، وفقًا للقوانين السورية.
2. ألوميدو تحتفظ بحق التدخل في النزاعات لحماية حقوق المستهلكين.

8. حدود المسؤولية

1. ألوميدو لا تتحمل المسؤولية عن أي تعاملات مباشرة بين البائع والمشتري خارج المنصة.
2. ألوميدو غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة.

9. الملكية الفكرية

1. جميع المحتويات (الشعارات، التصاميم، النصوص) الخاصة بألوميدو محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية السورية والدولية.
2. لا يجوز استخدام أي جزء من المنصة دون إذن مسبق.

10. التعديلات

تحتفظ ألوميدو بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وسيتم إشعار المستخدمين عبر المنصة.

11. القانون المطبق والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقوانين السورية، وتكون محاكم دمشق صاحبة الاختصاص الحصري في أي نزاع.

2. Nature of Service

1. Alomido is an online marketplace that connects sellers and buyers.
2. Alomido is not a direct party to sales transactions but serves as a technological intermediary.

3. Account Registration

1. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Sellers must provide valid legal documents (such as commercial registration or licenses, if applicable).
3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Sellers’ Obligations

1. Provide products that comply with descriptions, images, and Syrian laws.
2. Avoid selling prohibited items (such as drugs, weapons, pornography, or any goods banned under Syrian regulations).
3. Ensure product quality and transparency with customers.

5. Buyers’ Obligations

1. Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
2. Pay for products and services using authorized payment methods.
3. Avoid fraud or misuse of the platform.

6. Payment and Delivery Policy

1. Payments are made through methods authorized by Alomido.
2. Delivery is handled by authorized couriers or directly by sellers.
3. Alomido is not responsible for delays or errors in third-party delivery services.

7. Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns and refunds are subject to each seller’s individual policy and Syrian law.
2. Alomido reserves the right to intervene in disputes to protect consumer rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Alomido is not responsible for direct dealings between sellers and buyers outside the platform.
2. Alomido is not liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from use of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content (logos, designs, texts) of Alomido is protected under Syrian and international intellectual property laws.
2. No part of the platform may be used without prior written permission.

10. Amendments

Alomido reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via the platform.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Syrian law. The courts of Damascus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
